This study addresses the challenges of including students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in Brazilian educational settings. Despite legal protections ensuring access to education, many barriers persist, particularly in how schools accommodate students with ASD. Through a bibliographic review, the research explores academic literature and legislation, highlighting the lack of teacher preparation and the need for adaptive strategies in schools. The findings emphasize that effective inclusion requires improved teacher training and reforms in educational practices, ensuring that students with ASD can participate fully in both learning and social environments.
