The sexual violence that plagues the Brazilian reality of countless children and adolescents has increasingly drawn the attention of society and public authorities, especially in the last two decades, considering it as a multicausal, multifactorial and multidimensional manifestation and a serious problem of violation of human rights and dignity. Given the high incidence of manifestations of this type of violence in the Amazonian context, we intend to design a research based on the reality of the northern territory of Brazil, especially in the Marajó region of the state of Pará. Thus, the objective was to problematize practices to combat child and youth sexual violence in the Amazonian context of Marajó/PA, based on the Report of the Parliamentary Inquiry Commission - CPI on Pedophilia in the state; as well as analyzing how intersectoral practices work in confronting child and youth sexual violence in Pará; interrogate the functioning of the social assistance network to guarantee rights in combating child and youth sexual violence; and reflection on the ethical, social and political commitment of Psychology in confronting child and adolescent sexual violence in the Amazonian context. In this way, archegenealogy was used as a theoretical-methodological framework, which proposes us to reflect on the structures, practices and important concepts regarding the production of subjectivities, knowledge and powers, thus appropriating the analysis of specific documents for the construction of a investigative path based on documentary analysis, considering such documents as events to be analyzed, opting for the Report of the CPI on Pedophilia in the State of Pará, which occurred between the years 2008 and 2010, which investigated allegations about sexual crimes committed against this public in the state on screen. In this sense, the present research was divided into three axes of analysis that complement each other. In the first, the historical construction and legal frameworks of children and adolescents in Brazil are highlighted, going back to the guarantee-based logic and crossed by the commitment of several entities that form the Rights Guarantee System – SGD; in the second analytical axis, sexual exploitation in the Amazon region is explained, presenting the problematized excerpts from the CPI Report; and, subsequently, it ends by presenting rape culture as a structural aspect of current society that privileges perverse acts, based on the objectification and subalternization of women in society, presenting psychological knowledge as fundamental in the face of this confrontation. It is considered that such research does not end this issue, but allows the opening of dialogues for a real confrontation based on articulated actions that can achieve strategic plans not at the level of people already marked by sexual exploitation, but from a preventive perspective, ensuring diverse access, especially to human and territorial dignity, from a young age.
